WHAT’S YOUR REFUND POLICY?

Given the feature of downloadable music with our products, we are unable to refund or accept returns unless the product arrives damaged. In that case, we will send a replacement. You can learn more about the Terms of Purchase here

HOW SOON CAN I EXPECT MY SHIPMENT?

We know waiting is no fun, so we try our hardest to move things along quickly. We make every effort to process your order and get it shipped to you quickly. Typically, that takes 2-3 days. If there is any notable delay, we will contact you with updates.

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF MY ORDER ARRIVES DAMAGED?

Contact us right away at info@songbook-ink.com and we will send you a replacement.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) as well as Apple Pay and PayPal for secure and convenient transactions.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

No, we don’t (yes, that makes us sad too). The music licensing limits our sales to the United States.

CAN I CANCEL OR MODIFY MY ORDER AFTER IT HAS BEEN PLACED? 

Once an order has been placed, it cannot be modified or canceled.
However, if you need to make changes to your order, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
